We’re hiring a Counter Sales Associate to be the go-to person for customers and contractors at our Allentown branch. This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers find what they need, stay on your feet and take ownership of your day.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and contractors, helping them find the right materials and solutions.
Create a friendly, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back.
Answer phone calls, assist with pricing and place orders.
Track open orders and notify customers when materials are ready.
Keep displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
Pull and prepare orders for pickup, delivery or transfer.
Support promotions and in-branch marketing efforts.
Maintain a clean, professional branch environment.
Handle daily cash transactions and reconcile sales accurately.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Reliable, organized and team-oriented.
