The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) healthcare training programs administered through the Center for Healthcare Education. The position oversees daily operations, contract deliverables, instructor coordination, participant support, compliance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of grant-funded workforce education initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare reports, invoices, reimbursement requests, and supporting documentation required by DHS and the College.
Maintain accurate program, participant, and instructor records for compliance, reporting, and audit purposes.
Serve as the primary liaison with DHS representatives, healthcare employers, instructors, and community partners.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or a related field.
Three years of experience in program management, healthcare education, workforce development, grant administration, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Primarily office-based with periodic attendance at training sites, meetings, conferences, and partner locations.
