BMW of Allentown is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cashiers to support our team in the service department.

-Part time and Full Time Shifts areavailable. Monday through Saturday hours- including evening availability. Individual schedules can be discussed with the service manager in more detail.

This position includes daily interaction with our customers and staff as a key member of our daily operations.

Job Description:

Greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times.
Responsibilities include receiving payments for Service visits and Part purchases.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
Perform various internal clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Comfortable in a Customer Service based setting
Basic math skills, comfortable working on a computer
Excellent communication and phone skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Enjoy an all hands on deck team mentality
