BMW of Allentown is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cashiers to support our team in the service department.
-Part time and Full Time Shifts areavailable. Monday through Saturday hours- including evening availability. Individual schedules can be discussed with the service manager in more detail.
This position includes daily interaction with our customers and staff as a key member of our daily operations.
Job Description:
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times.
- Responsibilities include receiving payments for Service visits and Part purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
- Perform various internal clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Comfortable in a Customer Service based setting
- Basic math skills, comfortable working on a computer
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
